GCGMarkets is currently seeking ambitious, proactive, self-motivated and target driven Sales Call Agents. We specialize in teaching beginner-advanced Candidates how to build a secondary or primary income via the financial market through our technology solutions. As a Sales Agent you will play a crucial role within the Forex Trading onboarding process. This is a tele sales role calling both inbound/outbound hot leads. All leads have opted in to hear about the company's wide range of trading education programs.

Skills and Experience:

• ISI Accredited (SICP Level 1 and 2) or equivalent or ability to apply for one.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English - essential
• 1-3 years experience in Sales
• Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers
• Bachelor's degree or similar (highly regarded)

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Hunt for business opportunities through a high volume (200-300+ calls per day) of outbound activity in a metric driven sales process
• Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and the market trends
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
• Solicit sales, provide information about products and services, or handle complaints
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
• Negotiating and closing sales and establishing new customer accounts

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• A minimum of One (1) year experience in B2B Sales or Business Development experience
• Basic knowledge and/or background in Economics/Financial Analysis is an added advantage
• Self-starter with a sale ‘'hunter'' mentality
• Highly coachable
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Job Role

• To supervise, train, manage and coach a team of FX telesales call agents to increase product sales a team of.
• Train new team on processes and sales technics, FX education, CRM, MT4 also including any other skills required for the agents to perform their daily tasks to the best of their abilities and hit company targets.
• Train staff on CRM and other GCGMarkets offices globally.
• Build marketing strategy in collaboration with the marketing manager
• Help in organizing work events like seminars.
• Provide training on new products or procedures and support to the team and exceptional support to clients.
• Set targets for each FX call agent in terms of activation of new clients, retention of existing clients, partnership acquisitions, and the overall conversion rate.
• Monitor the daily sales operations closely and provide guidance and practical advice to account managers to enhance their performance.
• Develop new sales tactics to approach each client segment properly.
• Identify new business opportunities that may arise during the normal course of sales operations and seize them in a professional and timely manner.
• Create sales and progress reports for UBOs.
• Follow market trends, competition developments, and major market events closely.
• In all internal and external communications, present a professional and positive image of the department and the company as well as maintain constructive relationships.
• Take all responsible steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality and eliminate any conflict of interest.
• Assist with other sales and marketing activities such as trade shows and conferences or any other initiative.
• Work with the outsourced and in-house marketing department on sales promotions and lead acquisition.
• Undertake other such duties, training, and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
• Contribute to dealing with partners to increase sales revenue and assist your floor in sales calls to hit floor targets set by the management.
• Report any misconduct, suggest appraisals, or penalties to the HR manager in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in managing, developing, and delivering exceptional sales training programs within a telephone-based sales B2B environment
• Proven track record in delivering results in a high-energy sales environment
• Previous experience in a sales training environment
• Pro-active and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work and deliver under pressure
• Organized with the ability to manage own workload on a daily basis

Work Hours

The FX Sales Floor Manager is contracted to work for 45hrs per week (9am-6pm). However, depending on certain exigencies, you may be required to work longer hours.

Supervisor

The FX Sales Floor Manager shall Report directly to Ultimate Beneficiary Owners (UBO's).

Terms & Conditions

12-month contract based in Davao City, Philippines. €2,000 - €2,500 per month salary. Lodging will be provided. Flight tickets in and out + Visa will be covered.

The Ideal Candidate is a self-starter capable of making things happen and getting results. You will utilize phones, emails, and other channels of prospecting to contribute to building a pipeline of opportunities through the creation of lead qualifying. Being a Foreign Exchange Business Development (FxBDR) means being rewarded with promotions and earnings when you achieve certain required milestones. The company will provide training programs about the FX market, international business, and finance from the bottom up to successful Candidates. Candidates will have all the tools they need to build an exciting and prosperous future with the firm from the initial FxBDR role up to the Managing Director role.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Hunt for business opportunities through a high volume (80-100 calls per day) of outbound activity in a metric driven sales process
• Identify decision-makers within target businesses to initiate the sales process using scripts provided
• Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the company's value proposition and technology solutions to position prospect
• Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to determine and track lead lists
• Emphasize customer value over product features and benefits
• Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and the market trends
• Programming meetings and visiting clients to close deals as and when needed
